Working with the United States Department of Agriculture, Michigan State University (MSU) Center for Regional Food Systems, Marquette Food Co-op, UP Food Exchange, MSU Extension and small upper peninsula farmers, One-Community Consulting documented how “GroupGAP” (Good Agricultural Practices) works as a new model of Quality Management System to oversee a farmer group’s activity and food safety regulation.
